A Different Kind of Support
I believe our emotions – especially the more uncomfortable ones – are signposts to what matters most. We’ll slow the pace enough to explore your feelings, uncover your values and see what’s really going on. Not everything can be controlled, but how you relate to yourself and your world can change – and that changes what becomes possible for you in the future. The aim is authorship: translating insight into new possibilities and choices to get from who you are to who you want to be.
How We Work Together
I work with people who are ready to pause, rethink and invest in themselves. I want you to become the expert in you: together we'll find your own unique approach to building resilience, embracing change and answering challenges, without assuming there is any 'right' or ‘best’ way for you to be. I’ll provide a safe, supportive space for us to untangle your thoughts, emotions and aspirations without shame or judgement.
Sessions are 50-minutes, online or in person (Clapham or London City).
