You can book introductory and online sessions directly using the calendar below or by sending me an email. I'll reply to confirm your session. Online sessions will be via MS Teams video calls.
I work in person in Clapham and the City of London. If you want to work in person, email me so we can arrange the time and location.
No payment is needed to book a session. Details of how to pay by bank transfer will be provided when the booking is confirmed. When we've agreed to work together, I'll send you a short contract outlining terms and what to expect.

Can I book a session for someone else?
Therapy and coaching work best when the client takes the first step. If you’re enquiring on someone’s behalf, I encourage them to get in touch directly.
Do you offer discounts?
Occasionally, I can provide lower-cost psychotherapy places or fortnightly sessions. I offer discounts for block bookings.
How should I prepare for my first session?
No preparation is needed. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to explore. I will send you some questions to consider before we meet.
Can we work together if I live outside the UK?
Most of my clients are based in the UK. If you live in another country, feel free to get in touch, and we can discuss options.
What are your rates for corporate clients?
