You don’t need more life hacks – you need deeper change. Rethink Your Self is a unique approach to existential psychotherapy, coaching and philosophical counsel. I'm a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist, coach, neuroscience PhD and experienced business leader helping reflective clients who feel ready to look at things differently – whether you're anxious, feeling stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected, or you know what you want to achieve but aren't quite sure how. Together, we'll make sense of what's really going on, find clarity about who you are and why, and help move you towards a more authentic and fulfilling future – lived intentionally, with direction and self-respect.

Find Meaning and a way forward that's yours
At some points in life, it can stop feeling like your own. You might be:
-
Performing in life but feeling emotionally flat
-
Outwardly successful but unsure of who you really are
-
Struggling with shame, burnout or feeling cut off from yourself
-
Facing a transition – in work, relationships or identity
-
Feeling anxious or guilty without knowing why
-
Trapped in meeting the expectations of others, but realise this isn’t making you happy
-
Or just asking: Is this all there is?
Sometimes it seems manageable, but at other times it can feel overwhelming.
A Different Kind of Conversation
I believe our emotions – especially the more uncomfortable ones – are signposts to what matters most. We’ll slow the pace enough to explore your feelings, uncover your values and see what’s really going on. Not everything can be controlled, but how you relate to yourself and your world can change – and that changes what becomes possible for you in the future. The aim is authorship: turning insight into action, and moving from who you are to who you want to become.
How We Work Together
I work with people who are ready to pause, rethink and invest in themselves. I want you to become the expert in you: understanding what makes you tick so you can navigate change, handle life's challenges and make choices that feel like yours. Together, we'll find your own unique approach, without assuming there is any 'right' or 'best' way for you to be. I'll provide a safe, supportive space to untangle your thoughts, emotions and aspirations without shame or judgement.
Sessions are 50-minutes, online or in person (Clapham or London City).
