Privacy notice: From Invisible to In-Demand workshop and TABS
(Updated October 2026)
Who we are
Reflexive Thinking Ltd, trading as Rethink Your Brand, is responsible for your personal information (the “data controller”). Company number 15620464; ICO registration ZB819229. Contact: hello@rethink-your-self.com.
This notice covers booking and attending the workshop and using TABS. How the rest of this website handles analytics and cookies is explained in our main Rethink Your Self Privacy Notice.
What we collect
-
When you book: your name, email address, professional body, payment details, and anything else you choose to tell us, such as access needs.
-
For the workshop: your attendance, so we can issue your CPD certificate.
-
In TABS: your login details and your conversations with TABS, including what you enter and what it drafts.
-
Afterwards: your feedback, and a testimonial only if you choose to give one.
We only ask for what we need. Please don’t share information about your health unless it helps us make the day work for you, such as an access need, and never enter client information into TABS.
How we use it, and why we’re allowed to
-
To provide what you’ve booked: confirming your place, taking payment, arranging building access, sending your joining pack, running the day, issuing your CPD certificate and giving you TABS access. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
-
To keep financial records: required by law.
-
To improve the course: using your feedback, in our legitimate interest.
-
We may quote feedback only with your permission.
-
To tell you about future dates or related services: only if you’ve agreed, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
-
Access needs: if you tell us about one, we use it only to make the day work for you, with your consent.
TABS
TABS is powered by Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. What you enter in TABS is sent to Anthropic for processing, and may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Anthropic acts on our instructions as our processor and doesn’t use your conversations to train its models. The transfer is protected by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, approved by the Information Commissioner and included in Anthropic’s standard Data Processing Addendum.
The TABS app runs on a business-grade cloud hosting service, which stores your account and conversations securely on our behalf under a data processing contract. If it stores data outside the UK, an appropriate legal safeguard will be in place. We’ll name the provider in this notice before TABS goes live.
Your TABS conversations are stored so you can pick up where you left off during your access. We don’t read them unless you share one with us, for example to get help with a problem, or in the rare case that we need to fix a technical fault or check the service is being used appropriately. TABS doesn’t make decisions about you. It drafts copy with you, and you decide what to use.
Who else sees your information
We don’t sell your information or share it for unrelated purposes. It is handled only by:
-
headroom (Napanthla Health Limited), the venue: your name and email address, so they can issue your personal PIN or QR code for building access on the day
-
Our service providers, each for its own purpose: Wix (website), Microsoft 365 (email and document storage), Xero (invoicing), Monzo and other payment providers (payments), Anthropic (TABS processing) and the TABS hosting provider (the TABS app)
How long we keep it
-
TABS conversations: deleted when your access ends. Anthropic deletes its copies within 30 days, unless it must keep them longer under its usage policies or the law.
-
Booking and attendance records: kept for six years, in case of any queries or complaints and to meet our legal, insurance and accounting obligations.
-
Financial records: kept for as long as tax law requires.
-
Feedback: kept without your name, unless you’ve given permission to quote you.
-
Marketing contact details: kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to or restrict how we use it. You can withdraw consent at any time, and unsubscribe from any marketing. Some information, such as financial records, has to be kept for legal reasons. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@rethink-your-self.com.
Concerns
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first and we’ll respond within 30 days. You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
