Workshop terms and conditions
About us. Rethink Your Brand is a trading name of Reflexive Thinking Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 15620464, registered office 3rd Floor, Lawford House, Albert Place, London, England, N3 1QA). If you have any questions, email matt@rethink-your-self.com.
Booking. Your place is confirmed once payment is received. If payment hasn’t arrived within 7 days of booking, the place may be offered to someone else. Bookings paid for by 30 November 2026 receive the £10 early-bird discount.
If you can’t come. You’ll get a full refund if you cancel more than three weeks before the workshop. If you cancel later than that but more than 48 hours before, you’ll get a credit for the next course date. We can’t offer a refund within 48 hours of the start. With our agreement, you can transfer your place to a colleague.
If we need to change things. If we have to cancel, you can choose a full refund or a place on a later date. We’ll only change the timings, content or venue if we need to, and we’ll tell you as early as we can. We can’t cover travel or other costs.
TABS. TABS is an AI agent powered by Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, so what you enter is processed by Anthropic and may be transferred to the United States. Anthropic doesn’t use your information to train its models. We delete your conversations when your access ends, and Anthropic deletes its copies within 30 days. Your access is for you alone and lasts two weeks after the workshop, unless you extend it.
What you enter. Use TABS for your own practice, and keep client details and other people’s personal information out of it. Please don’t try to copy or extract how TABS works.
Your work is yours. The copy you create is yours to use in your practice. TABS is designed to draft from your own words and your clients’, and phrases found through research are there to inspire your own wording rather than to be copied. The course materials, including the slides, the workbook and TABS, remain ours, and are for your own use. Please don’t share them, upload them to other AI tools, or reproduce the trainer’s or other attendees’ published copy.
Making it your own. You’ll leave with strong copy drafts, but you know your practice best, and the final say on what you publish is yours. Before anything goes live, check that it’s accurate, true of you, and in line with your professional body’s rules and your other professional and legal obligations. How you use the materials and your copy after the workshop is your responsibility.
On the day. The workshop involves reflecting on your own practice. It’s a training day, not therapy, so take a break whenever you need one. Please keep what other attendees share in the room confidential, and don’t take photos or recordings without everyone’s agreement.
What we can and can’t promise. We’ll give you the training, the tools and the time to build your brand. We can’t promise particular results, because enquiries and clients bookings depend on many things beyond the day and our control.
CPD. Your 8-hour CPD certificate covers the pre-work and the full day. Whether the hours count towards your professional body’s requirements is for you to confirm.
Liability. If something goes wrong on our side, our liability is limited to the fee you paid. That doesn’t limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and your statutory rights are not affected.
Privacy and law. We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy Notice. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
